Only The Best Coffee…

Choose Your Preferred Roast

Dark Medium Light Espresso

Our Dark Roast coffee beans are roasted to a perfect deep, dark, rich level that brings the roasted flavors of the coffee out to the forefront. We carefully roast each batch to ensure the fullness of a great dark roast without burning the natural flavors out of the bean completely.

For the coffee lover who doesn't want a dark roast but would still like to enjoy the subtleties that come from the roasting process. Our Medium Roast balances the nuances of each coffee bean with a very slight "smoky" tone.

A favorite with our European Coffee drinkers. Our light roast coffee is roasted to an Italian Style roast profile that brings out only the natural nuances from each country of origin. For that "rich" Italian style coffee, try brewing it extra strong!

Our Varietal Supremo is the only blend we offer. We've blended together various roasts and beans to accomplish an amazingly smooth, full bodied, crema-rich espresso. We never use cheaper "filler" beans that are commonly found in espresso blends.

Other Options:

Reserve Decaf Half-Caffeine All Coffees

Our coveted reserve coffees are the perfect special treat for your mornings. These coffees are typically harder for us to find and acquire. We then hone the roast to the perfect level and offer it to you.

Our Swiss Water Processed Decaf coffees are 99.7% caffeine free. In a world of chemically decaffeinated coffees, it's refreshing to enjoy a pure, organic decaf that tastes great!

The perfect blend of our regular coffees with their water processed decaf counterparts. These coffees are preferred by those who are caffeine sensitive who don't want to completely give up the nuances of their favorite regular coffee.

WSDA and USA Certified Organic

Why Should Certified Organic Coffee Matter to You?

A recent study by the University of Copenhagen reported that Organically grown food had no more nutritional value than non-Organically grown food. While this study my argue no difference in nutritional value, it does not take into account health safety and taste. Since coffee is grown in countries that use many internationally banned pesticides, it is important to drink only Certified Organic coffee. Also this study doesn’t take into account the lost flavor of non-organic coffee from these pesticides. So, Relax and Enjoy the Best Cup of Coffee, without worrying about long-term damage to your health. Still not convinced? Learn more about organic coffee beans and why organic coffee is important.

What Shade-Grown Farming means to You?

Shade-Grown coffee ensures that the coffee is grown naturally on a small farm. Big agribusiness farms clear-cut their land and then grow the coffee in rows of open land. This actually enables the coffee to grow faster and cheaper for the business. What this gives you, however, is a more acidic and poorer tasting coffee due to growing unnaturally fast. Shade-Grown Coffee enables the coffee to grow slower, creating a fuller, richer taste in your cup without the stomach ripping acidity that keeps you up at night.
